Is there anything I need to do in preparation for my service?2022-03-30T01:11:44+00:00
  • For window cleaning, nothing needs to be done in preparation for your service.
  • For power washing services, all we ask is that all windows and doors be closed and at least one working water spigot on the outside of the house be available on the day of service.
  • For gutter cleaning, all we ask is that at least one working water spigot on the outside of the house be available on the day of service if you have asked us to flush your gutters and downspouts with water.
What do you do if it rains on the day of my appointment?2022-03-30T01:10:09+00:00

We work in the rain unless it’s a torrential downpour with high winds. In the rare case that the weather is too extreme, we will reach out to you early on the day of your appointment to discuss rescheduling.


If we are cleaning your windows on a day on which it is raining, and you later find that the rain has left some spots on them, just call us within 48 hours of your service and we’ll come out and touch up your windows absolutely free of charge. In the end, we just want you to be thrilled with how everything came out, rain or shine. That’s the one-and-only Epic View Rain Guarantee!

For window cleaning, yes, you would need to be home. For power washing and gutter cleaning services, you do not need to be home for service. All we ask for power washing services is that all windows and doors be closed and at least one working water spigot on the outside of the house be available on the day of service

No. Payment is made only after your service is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the results. We do not require a deposit.

No. Although we understand why many would like a weekend appointment, we dedicate our weekends to family and community activities.

No. For all our services, 95% of the time, we can provide an exact quote without visiting your home in person. By making use of satellite imaging technology and a few simple questions, we can gather all the details needed to provide an exact quote. On occasion, due to the size or complexity of a certain project, we will visit in person prior to providing a quote.

Yes. We are fully insured for $1 million in addition to workers compensation and commercial vehicle insurance. We are more than happy to provide a copy of a Certificate of Insurance (COI) as proof of coverage to any customer that requests one.
